The Paramount+ Canada marketing team is looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to help execute marketing campaigns in order to drive awareness of Paramount+ in Canada and grow our paid subscribers. Ideally you are passionate about streaming & media, a self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, have strong organizational skills and are proactive. This role reports directly to the Senior Director of User Acquisition, Engagement, and Growth and will interact closely with the broader marketing team, internal cross-functional teams and vendors.

I n this role, you will:

Lead, manage and execute best-in-class brand marketing campaigns

Manage the creative briefing process, coordinate creative assets and copy

Support editorial marketing needs

Analyze trends, business results and the competitive environment; identify consumer insights and translate insights into action

Own the brand health and campaign performance dashboard

Present marketing plans to key stakeholders and senior leadership on a regular basis

Manage the marketing budget including setting up purchase orders and billing

Collaboratively build processes to ensure the marketing team works as effectively and efficiently as possible

Liaise closely with internal teams including Marketing, Creative and Content as well as broader local and Central cross-functional teams

Requirements

4+ years of experience working in a B2C marketing role with a proven track record of managing and executing 360-degree marketing campaigns

Experience briefing and collaborating with agencies (media, creative, experiential)

Excellent proficiency in verbal and written communication in English (French is a plus)

Organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to multi-task and adapt to a challenging, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and senior stakeholders

Proactive attitude with ability to work under minimal supervision

Strong analytical skills

MS Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word) and Google Docs

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors or Master's degree in related field

Experience working in streaming is a plus

Experience working in a fast-paced start-up is a plus
