Boeing's Global Talent Acquisition team has an exciting opportunity for Lead Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team in Ontario, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager. We have a fantastic team with a work-life balance including a combination of telecommuting and working in the office.

Leads recruiting efforts (e.g., talent sourcing, candidate evaluation/ screening, interview process, offer negotiations and new hiring on-boarding, etc.).
Mentors and supports Talent Acquisition Advisors
Monitors new trends and opportunities. Performs screening and interviews of qualified candidates. Leverages and strategizes the use of online recruiting resources, tools and systems to identify and recruit the best candidates.
Plans and supports recruiting events. Develops recruiting and sourcing strategies for complex staffing surges and represents plan to leadership.
Partners and consults with hiring organizations, across multiple disciplines and organizations. Sources external resume databases for diverse and qualified candidates for strategic and hard to find skills. Monitors new trends and opportunities.

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
7+ years of experience in recruiting talent (sourcing, screening, and closing both internal and external candidates) and/or related Human Resources experience
Experience in a lead role
Experience sourcing talent using a variety of tools including LinkedIn and professional networks, Boolean searches, and other social media tools
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
Experience negotiating compensation with business partners and candidates
Must be legally able to work in Canada
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience recruiting candidates with a security clearance
Using Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools (i.e. Avature, Sourcepoint, etc.)
Experience with Workday
Experience working with OFCCP and EEOC compliance guidelines
Typical Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
