Job Description


The person in this role will be an expert in how customers experience Fiix. They'll use that expertise to create content that enables customers, drives loyalty, creates brand advocates, and develops opportunities for expansion.

Main goals and duties

1. Create, optimize, and maintain content about Fiix's products that engages all audiences, from those hearing about Fiix for the first time to loyal, long-time customers.

2. Drive enablement and adoption of Fiix's products across our customer base with content that helps them become power users, continually to unlock value, and achieve new goals.

3. Find new ways to connect, engage, and educate customers through content that improves their jobs and their lives

4. Support the customer marketing, customer success, revenue, and product marketing teams with content that sparks, facilitates, and strengthens customer relationships
