We are currently looking for a creative and dedicated individual who aligns with our values of

sincerity, commitment to quality, responsiveness, friendliness, and a can-do attitude to fill the

role of Community & Social Media Coordinator within our Marketing team.


The Community & Social Media Coordinator is responsible for supporting the community and

social media engagement goals for Paris Jewellers that ultimately increase brand strength in

all markets and online. This diverse role will require the successful candidate to take on the

role of brand ambassador on social and traditional media channels. It will also require market

outreach and relationship building in all cities where Paris Jewellers is located. The person will

manage and report on all social media channels. The incumbent will support the graphics

team in a variety of daily tasks and projects that will allow for the successful completion of

planned marketing programs, promotions and initiatives that will help drive sales and increase

brand awareness.

The Community & Social Media Coordinator reports to the Marketing Manager, and upper

management which includes but is not limited to the President, Vice President, and Director of

Operations. They will work closely with the Graphic Design team to support promotions, sales,

and online marketing.


Representative and promoter of the Paris Jewellers Brand.

  • Collaborate on creative writing, to publish, for all Paris Jewellers social media channels and website.
  • Responsible for managing the company's social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tiktok.
  • Analyze the data and trends from social media channels and provide the marketing manager with weekly summaries and monthly reports.
  • Supports the branding and marketing of Paris Jewellers sales, events and promotions.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with various local and influential partnerships, businesses, and collaborators.
  • Creates new opportunities for community connections and outreach in the Company's current markets.
  • Generate business by introducing Paris Jewellers corporate sales and merchandise guide to all contacts when appropriate and possible.
  • Understanding and willingness to be the ?face? of the Company on social media channels and website
  • Assist team members when needed with day-to-day marketing tasks and support with marketing projects and activities.
  • Assist, and coordinate special events, promotions, and marketing programs in each Paris Jewellers location, to enhance the profile of Paris Jewellers within their individual shopping centres, and the local community.
  • Fostering relationships with shopping centres, community organizations, and local media, to promote the Paris Jewellers brand across all mediums.
  • Collaborate on projects and marketing strategies with Marketing Manager and Graphic Design team.
  • Continue to develop and grow the online market, through social media and company website.
  • Creating compelling and interactive social media content to share our company and customer stories, furthering the Paris Jewellers brand online.
  • Work alongside the customer service support team to respond to customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Manage Customer feedback across Google, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and website
  • Attend trade-shows, store openings, events and other networking opportunities as needed.
  • Respond and manage request for donations ensuring that all requests are responded to within 24 hours. Photograph and edit images to the marketing guidelines
  • Maintain the graphic and branding guidelines in all areas of work.
  • Supports the branding and marketing of events.
  • Provide weekly business reports to marketing manager to set and verify goals and objectives.
  • Adhere to company policy and support of company initiatives.
  • Maintain office cleanliness.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What we look for?

Marketing / Design diploma, or a combination of education and experience will be considered

  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite preferred.
  • Understanding of social media platforms and how analyze data
  • Experience creating informative and captivating content for multiple social media platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and to adapt to immediate or unforeseen challenges
  • Creative thinker
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
  • Experience in customer service is considered an asset

  • Weekly 25-30 hours based on the needs of the business. Employee will be paid at an hourly rate
