What You'll Do On a Typical Day

  • Assist the Dispatchers/Logistics Coordinator
  • Provide ACE and ACI manifests to drivers for border clearance
  • Communicate with customers, the operations team, and drivers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Recognize and resolve documentation errors.
  • Assist drivers with shipment and trip information relative to assigned orders.
  • Process shipments and trips to ensure on-time service to our customers.
  • Communicate any issues with customers and the operations team.
  • Create lasting relationships with customers, drivers, and coworkers.
  • Book Pick up & Delivery appointments and assure they are made on time.
  • Enter & Update order info in the Dispatch software.
  • Provide updates on in-transit loads.
  • Resolve any issues as they arise.

At a minimum, You'll Need

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • Strong computer and typing skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts including weekends if needed
