We are seeking a passionate Sales Manager with a proven track record of developing sales teams and selling enterprise solutions. As a Dribbble Sales Manager, you'll report directly to our CEO to develop and build a high performing sales team, overseeing our licensing & subscription sales for our digital asset marketplaces as well as our enterprise hiring solutions.

You will collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to develop lead funnels, convert sales opportunities, and to deliver high levels of client success for our hiring clients.

As a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Establishing sales team objectives and sales strategy.
  • Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives.
  • Developing annual sales quotas, compensation plans, and territory assignments.
  • Developing and executing outbound sales campaigns to develop new clients and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Tracking and maintaining pipelines and forecasting sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.

We're looking for:

  • Relevant experience. You have 3-5 years in sales management. Ideally, you have experience with licensing sales, or selling hiring solutions. We're looking for demonstrated experience developing effective selling strategies, training, and leading sales teams to high performance in B2B sales.
  • Exceptional communication and persuasion skills. You can demonstrate the value of the products and services to prospective clients, and highlight how they'll align with their business and hiring goals. You have excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills. You are experienced in utilizing CRM tools to optimize sales processes, pipelines, and forecast tracking.
