Our high performance and growing Consumer Sales team is looking for a Sales Program Specialist - reporting to the Director, Sales and Marketing. This critical role provides support and insights to the Consumer Sales team through the development and delivery of key reporting and the administration and support of our partner programs. We believe that our Consumer Sales team is only as good as the team we have, the insights we get and the quality of the processes that keep our engine running smoothly. This role is a crucial driving force to meet our objectives. We're looking for someone who can see barriers as opportunities, has a ?can do? attitude, excellent attention to detail and relentless curiosity.


  • Providing key administrative and logistical support to our growing sales team
  • Deliver insights and reporting on Consumer Sales results - generating and distributing reports regarding market conditions, sales results, team performance
  • Owning and administering special billing account for our major partners Analysis and processing of payments to business partners
  • Air traffic control of the our leads referral program using Salesforce
  • Management of special sales support projects
  • Undergraduate degree preferable in business or 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Familiarity with delivering insights and reporting
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Well versed in using tools like Microsoft excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experience with CRMs (Salesforce, CSG) preferred
