We seek a Talent Acquisition HR Coordinator who is going to report to the Human Resources Leader and will be responsible for two primary areas. The first is to create and execute targeted recruitment campaigns, focusing on high volume recruitments and championing an excellent candidate experience. The second is to provide general Human Resources support for all aspects of the employee life cycle.

Key Responsibilities


  • Keep the candidate experience always in the forefront, maintain, and evolve the company recruitment strategy
  • Create and execute compelling employer branding campaigns that align with the company strategy and target our ideal candidates
  • Support recruitment cycle specifically in sourcing, screening, and interviewing
  • Collaborate and partner with hiring managers to assist them in reaching their hiring goals
  • Other recruitment duties and projects as assigned


  • Provide HR support to all levels in the organization by ensuring the administration of HR policies and procedures
  • Complete and process documentation for lifecycle events, including new hires, leaves of absences, benefits enrollment/ changes, transfers, and exits
  • Assist with the implementation of organization-wide HR projects including the on-going introduction or strengthening of HR best practices
  • Assist in Onboarding processes and Orientation training
  • Participate in the planning and delivery of companywide events including annual BBQs, the annual holiday party as well as being an active member of the company social committee
  • Other duties and projects as assigned


  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business
  • Experience in recruitment; agency and in-house combined experience is a bonus
  • Demonstrated experience sourcing, recruiting, and placing talent using various recruitment channels including social media, and networking
  • Experience in Manufacturing Production recruitment
