Our Ottawa office is currently recruiting for a full-time Junior Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team on a temporary basis for 6 months.
The Junior Administrative Assistant/Receptionist will play an essential role in our office and is required to be on-site on a full-time basis. As the office gradually re-opens, responsibilities will be adjusted as needed. This position is ideal for a recent graduate from an admin program.
Responsibilities.
- Sort, open, review, scan and upload/assign client correspondences
- Arrange courier services as needed
- Answer and direct calls, including monitoring office voicemails
- Provide phone reception back-up for other offices
- Handle incoming emails from potential clients
- Assist with booking travel
- Provide phone reception back-up for other offices
- Other duties may be assigned, as required Qualifications, competencies and experience.
- Ability to communicate in both English and French would be an asset
- Ability to demonstrate a deep understanding of professional client services and care
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication
