The Customer Service/Inside Sales position will work with our Conuvo Construction Materials division and handles customer communications with a high degree of courtesy and professionalism.

Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming phone calls from customers and vendors
- Maintaining good customer relations and ensuring high degree of customer service
- Greeting walk-in customers and managing the product showroom
- Respond to inquiries for product pricing and provide customer quotations
- Provide timely response for questions/concerns regarding product timelines
- Coordinate inventory levels in showroom
- Office administrative duties including scanning, filing, organizing, and cleanup
- Aid with the procurement of materials from vendors
- Other duties as may be assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Strong computer skills, including Outlook and Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills both in-person and on the phone
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing work environment
Hours of Work:
Regular work week will be Monday through Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm.
