The Customer Service/Inside Sales position will work with our Conuvo Construction Materials division and handles customer communications with a high degree of courtesy and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming phone calls from customers and vendors
• Maintaining good customer relations and ensuring high degree of customer service
• Greeting walk-in customers and managing the product showroom
• Respond to inquiries for product pricing and provide customer quotations
• Provide timely response for questions/concerns regarding product timelines
• Coordinate inventory levels in showroom
• Office administrative duties including scanning, filing, organizing, and cleanup
• Aid with the procurement of materials from vendors
• Other duties as may be assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Strong computer skills, including Outlook and Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills both in-person and on the phone
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing work environment

Hours of Work:

Regular work week will be Monday through Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm.
