We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented and tech savvy marketing and communications professional to support with promotional, website and design needs specific to our Health, Fitness and Aquatics division.

This role would be perfect for someone who may be newer to the field and wants to build a dynamic career in marketing and communications while making an impact.

Responsibilities include:

  • Enhancing user experience within our website and member software systems
  • Optimizing software integrations and CTA's within member software
  • Executing targeted member communications strategies
  • Writing member and staff newsletters, along with managing and pulling lists
  • Data collection, measurement and reporting - google analytics, data collection software etc.
  • Monitoring and enhancing inbound marketing efforts
  • Regular website edits
  • Designing and editing marketing materials

We'd love to hear from people with:

  • A post secondary degree in marketing, communications, design, UX or related field
  • One to two years' relevant experience in a marketing role
  • Familiarity with website administration and publishing
  • Experience with employee and customer software systems and CRM tools an asset
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (i.e., InDesign, Photoshop) preferred
  • Superior communications skills and collaborative attitude
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changes and contribute to marketing ideas
  • Strong understanding of digital analytics platforms
