POSITION OVERVIEW:

The purpose of this job is to plan, organize, implement and control all sales and promotional activities for the purpose of achievement of objectives regarding volumes, market share, profitability and quality in his Region.

The purpose of this job is to develop projects which will help Company to achieve targets in highly efficient manner with optimal costs.

Responsible for the development of distribution channel in line with company sales strategy, including distribution and control profitability.

The place of work is the east of Slovakia.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for controlling and managing budget of his team and assets in his region; coordinating activities of his Field Sales team; making and following route maps of his Field Sales team; takes care of the company assets and other means necessary for work, and their tidiness and appearance.
  • Collect daily reports and other sales documentation from his sales supervisors; visits customer and works in the field with his/here subordinates on regular basis; takes care of positions and placement in outlets; ensures image of the company, the code of conduct, sales conditions and nurture correct relations with customers.
  • Surveys and analyses sales reports, competitors' activities, customer's problems and makes appropriate action plans in view of improving business methods; analyses the sales and distribution data and makes strategic decisions based on accumulated data; follow up of market conditions and all competition activities and regularly report to Sales and Comex Director.
  • Communicates with key customers and other customers in view of promoting good business relations; initiates and makes proposals in view of developing wider customer base; establishes and maintains excellent business contact and open channels of communication with business partners and encourages team spirit and motivates manager and sales force in his own regional sales area.
  • Coordinates planning, implementation and execution of all activities of subordinate managers and sales force, concerning all sales, merchandising activities and marketing strategy in his region.

SKILLS AND RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Working experience of at least 3 years in corresponding activities
  • Minimum qualification: High school degree
  • Experience with people management
  • Knowledge of FMCG market (on trade and off trade)
  • Good PC skills
  • Good knowledge of English language
  • Driving license
