General Information on the Position

Main Responsibilities

  • Implement design strategies and methods to quickly iterate and validate solutions, and to define design deliverables

  • Develop workshops for defining roadmaps and minimum viable solutions

  • Define a co-creation service offer in order to improve our product design process, which other facilitators could use à la carte

  • Promote and raise awareness of the new co-creation methods (Design Sprint, Scope, etc.) by demonstrating the results and benefits achieved

  • Facilitate the design of new and existing products and services by bringing people together and guiding them, and by organizing workshops, design sprints and ideation sessions

  • Transform ideas into fully functional concepts with a development plan in order to have well-designed products

  • Lead and collaborate with multiple business, engineering, marketing, research and analytics teams

  • Illustrate, describe, break down and present complex problems and solutions to allow various professionals to easily understand them, regardless of their digital knowledge

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field

  • A minimum of six years of relevant experience
