About Us

As a managed service provider for businesses using Apple products, we want to help keep things up to date and running smoothly for our clients. The position is based in Ottawa and the individual will be working in our Ottawa office.

The Position

As a sales support specialist you will help our clients improve their technology by conducting regular IT roadmap meetings and finding technology solutions to address their business challenges.

Duties and Responsibilities:

This role requires an individual with strong organizational, problem solving, time management, technical and communication skills (written and oral). This individual will have customer-facing and sales support responsibilities so customer service skills are a must!

  • Identify opportunities within client base for improving their company's technology.
  • Schedule and conduct ongoing IT Roadmaps meetings with clients.
  • Prepare sales support materials like quotes, statement of work, proposals, and sales presentations.
  • Perform product research and schedule discussions with manufacturers and resellers.

  • Keep our sales opportunities accurate and updated in our CRM (Accelo).
  • Prepare and create sales materials for new IT solutions (content, videos, sales sheets, and more!).
  • Perform other business development type activities to generate new business.

Employee is expected to make quick informed decisions, work well under tight timelines, collaborate with other team members, read, write, problem solve, be adaptable, and have high attention to detail.
