Job Description


The position requires a high degree of professionalism and customer service complemented by an attention to detail and strong communication capabilities in dealing with internal and external customers.

All Brookfield Properties employees including the Customer Service & Marketing Assistant is expected to emulate Brookfield Properties Commitment to Outstanding Service. This position demands flexibility and a high degree of organizational skills to coordinate a variety of competing priorities and changing deadlines.


Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Social Media experience as it relates to posting and content creation. Building creative and engaging App posts weekly that include monthly contesting and retailer specials and events.

Source images from the retailers either from their social media feeds/campaigns images or go in person to the stores and take photos for Bankers Hall Social pages.

Manage and maintain the Bankers Hall retail website through the back end as it relates to events, tenant requests, and page updates and imaging.

This individual must have the technical skills as it relates to designing files for creating weekly newsletters and signage.

This individual must be able to provide current and accurate information to retail customers, tenants, visitors, and employees regarding Bankers Hall Complex/Bankers Court and surrounding attractions Downtown.

This position requires accurate record keeping of the Parking with Purchase Program and works closely daily with Parking staff to ensure all validations match.

Creating Public Area Use Agreements complete with correct Insurance Certificates and sending them to Legal for execution.

Assist when needed with tenant events such as Stampede ensuring that fire regulations and ALGC rules are adhered to.

Assist with tenant queries liaising with Operations, Security, and Tenant Services ensuring tenant satisfaction while promoting a teamwork environment.

This position proactively works closely with non-profit organizations and other event-related organizations as it relates to daily requests and coordination of paperwork including COI's.

Oversees the Hotel Bag Program with the retailers.

Undertake other duties and committee responsibilities as and when may be assigned.

Experience with Illustrator and InDesign

Proficient in Adobe Suite and graphic design

Experience with Sprout Social or equivalent monitoring platforms an asset

Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.

Outlook, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

Knowledge of POS System (Moneris) is an asset.


University or College Degree or Diploma in Marketing with Digital Experience or equivalent years of experience

Communication or customer service courses are an asset.
