Digital Marketing

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance.
  • Optimizing the speeding of the websites on mobile friendly platforms and enhance the domain authority.
  • Develop digital marketing concepts by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
  • Develop promotion and advertising strategies with the marketing manager and document plans, while rolling them out in a timely manner
  • Participate in the preparation of online promotional strategies by communicating and coordinating with management and owners.
  • Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all marketing platforms.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points and evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
  • Proactively stay on top of digital marketing trends and news, to inform future growth strategies and opportunities.
  • Conduct research to analyze customers' behavior (e.g., purchasing habits, trends, and preferences).
  • Manage on-going marketing and advertising campaigns and plans, while ensuring that every initiative is aimed at increasing brand awareness.
  • Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
  • Assist with developing and managing content and social media programs, including blogs and public relations efforts.

Graphic and Web Designer

  • Create a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop, illustrator & Adobe InDesign.
  • Draft mock-ups of website designs, brochures, and any other marketing materials required
  • Collaborate with marketing teams and management to discuss which mock-ups are effective, and use their feedback to develop final drafts
  • Coordinate with the content manager on the scope and direction of content creation. Develop and execute an ongoing content promotion strategy.
  • Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Work on multiple projects at once, and consistently meet draft deadlines
  • Other duties as requested.
