We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager, Residential & Development in our Residential Development department. Reporting to the Director, Residential & Development Marketing, the successful candidate will be an integral member of the team that leads the global marketing strategy for the rapidly growing residential business, and partners with the world's most prominent developers, creative agencies and sales teams to bring residential developments to market.

Based out of Four Seasons global headquarters in Toronto, Canada, the successful candidate will partner with residential developments in the Americas region to launch their sales and marketing platforms, and will be responsible for the global brand, content and communications strategy for the residential business.

Key Activities

Regional Brand Management

  • Marketing lead for residential developments in the Americas, responsible for ensuring that partners licensing the brand are compliant with standards, and that all marketing communications are aligned with Four Seasons Brand DNA.
  • Regional project management includes execution of brand onboardings, review and approval of marketing and sales collateral, and management of project name and branding, including logo production and governance.
  • Foster relationships with regional developers, creative agencies and sales team, to ensure Four Seasons is providing exceptional support to partners.
  • Responsible for tracking project development status and conditions to go to market, and reporting to broader cross-functional team to ensure alignment. Includes attending core team calls, managing status tracking documents, and updating broader team in regional portfolio calls.
  • Responsible for enhancements and maintenance of the Residential Brand Hub, including brand guidelines; updates to developer training and presentation materials; and creation of new support materials.

Global Residential Brand, Content & Communications

  • Manage residential global brand campaigns, including strategic messaging, creative articulation, integration with Commercial team, and all administrative details.
  • Define media planning strategy to optimize campaigns and bolster always-on owned efforts.
  • Develop and implement residential email strategy to enhance residential digital customer journey.
  • Manage residential content productions, partnering with Brand Content and Creative team to ensure brand photography and video is on strategy and within brand guidelines.
  • Partner with Corporate Communications team to manage the global residential PR/Media Relations strategy, including agency management, briefings, pitching and content support.

  • Professional and adept at handling owner/developer relationship.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams across a matrixed organization.
  • Experience launching global integrated marketing campaigns, including managing the creative design and production processes.
  • Experience managing paid media campaigns, including development of a strategy and on-going optimization and reporting.
  • Understanding of the real estate development process.
  • Strong luxury brand aesthetic, with the ability to quickly embrace and enforce brand guidelines.
  • Works well under pressure and can manage multiple tasks under time constraints
  • Ability to think critically and evaluate best possible solutions and procedures
  • Able to work independently, solve problems, take initiative and use good judgment
  • Well-organized, able to set priorities and be detail-oriented
  • Resource and budget management skills
  • Ability to create strong presentations, with a keen attention to detail
  • Highly results oriented with experience delivering and reporting on results
  • Computer skills in a PC or MAC environment including MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Experience, Education and Professional Qualifications

  • College or University degree, preferably in a business or marketing communications program.
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in a corporate marketing or agency function.
  • Experience in luxury residential real estate, specifically working with property developers, an asset.
