Tigera is looking for highly skilled and motivated Content Developer who is keen to apply agile and devops principles to managing our technical content. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing a strategy for our Calico Cloud documentation, including; creating a continuous technical documentation flow and moving all documents into a cloud-based environment.

This is a great chance for the right individual to get into a high-growth project that is core to the container revolution currently taking place in the cloud industry. We are still at an early stage, making this a very exciting opportunity for the right individual.


  • You will design and edit our top-tier software documentation that spans the entire range of Tigera's products.
  • Align common agile tools with a documentation publishing platform.
  • Help developers create quality documents by providing templates, training materials and reviews
  • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for documentation.
  • Generate OpenAPI/Swagger docs from code.
  • Research and implement tools and processes for developing docs like code.
  • Design and implement automated testing strategies for documentation.
  • Write first-class user documentation for open source and proprietary products.
  • Create/edit infographics.
  • Work side by side with software and quality engineers in an agile environment.


  • You have 3+ years of relevant work experience as a technical writer in the software or infrastructure industry, writing developer guides and API reference documentation.
  • Experience with Version Control Systems such as Git, Pull Request Reviews and Continuous Integrations tools.
  • Exposure to Markdown, reStructuredTest, Swagger and OpenAPI
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and hold a degree in a Technical Discipline.
