Responsibilities

  • Support and train the construction team representatives (demonstrations, visits and prospecting of clients with them, help in the follow-up of bids, etc.);
  • Ensure that ABTECH procedures are respected by the representatives;
  • Work with the VP of Development on sales strategies and bid follow-up;
  • Research, identify and target potential customers;
  • Visit current and future customers, analyze their needs, promote the products and services offered by the company and recommend appropriate products;
  • Provide after-sales service and maintain strong customer relationships;
  • Efficiently process customer requests and perform required administrative follow-ups;
  • Actively participate in business development and maintenance activities (sales shows, networking opportunities, etc.);
  • Participate in all development and technical projects approved by management.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar position and relevant training;
  • 3 to 5 years experience in team management and interpersonal skills;
  • Good communication, writing and negotiation skills;
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Availability, curiosity, creativity and interest in learning;
  • Strong skills in situations requiring autonomy and leadership;
  • Flexibility in scheduling and travel.
