Teradici, an HP company, is the inventor of the PCoIP remote display protocol and developed the Engineering Emmy-Award-winning Teradici CAS to deliver the best virtual and remote desktop experience in the world.

The Cloud Solutions & Services team develops solutions which integrates HP Anyware and PCoIP with public clouds, and we are looking for an Engineering or Computer Science co-op student to join our team as we take on new projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work with the latest cloud technologies and improve how HP Anyware and PCoIP are deployed in the cloud by our business partners and customers. As part of the team, you will help shape how desktop computing is delivered in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities:

Development of infrastructure-as-code (IaC), such as Terraform and CloudFormation, and provisioning scripts in bash, PowerShell and Python to deploy HP Anyware and PCoIP in Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Learn and integrate new services offered by the public clouds with HP Anyware.

On-going maintenance of deployment templates and provisioning scripts in response to new software versions, security patches, and feature changes in the cloud.

Testing of deployment templates and development of automated testing and release infrastructure.

Development and maintenance of the CI/CD in the cloud.

Provide user support for deployment templates.

Requirements:

Students who are currently enrolled in an Undergraduate, Graduate, or similar program and have completed at least 2 academic years.

Students who love to write code (ideally before they joined university), are not afraid to explore new technologies and cloud services.

Students who love to automate repetitive tasks with code.

Experience with infrastructure-as-code, scripting, automation tools, dev-ops, networking concepts will be ideal.

Experience cloud environments, such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform will be ideal.

Individuals who work well with others, think outside the box and see raising the bar as part of the daily routine.
