This human resources position earns a competitive salary of $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. As our HR & Safety Manager, you have the essential role of ensuring that we have a capable and happy workforce. From hiring and employee relations to developing and implementing HR-related policies, you effectively handle all of our human resources functions. As a team player, you collaborate with other managers to create, manage, and update job descriptions and compensation packages. You facilitate positive employee relationships on all levels. One of your primary goals is to ensure that top talent is hired in a timely and effective manner according to company needs. You manage full lifecycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding. You also coordinate training. Your mission is to ensure excellent employee morale and high retention.

Additionally, you provide direction and technical expertise to supervisors and managers to help them implement health and safety practices. When there are accidents, near misses, or safety concerns, you conduct thorough investigations. You are conscientious about keeping up-to-date and accurate records and filing reports in a timely manner. With your in-depth knowledge of OSHA as well as our company's health and safety policies, you are able to maintain excellent safety compliance. Collaborating with other managers, you also support the development of our safety policies and programs.   • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Experience in a related industry
