Using consultation and teamwork, the coordinator will: Assist clients with content development and post information to various content management systems (internal and external). Deliver training to our content authors and approvers. Troubleshoot issues. Support the digital team in understanding their clients' digital business challenges and goals. Assist in the implementation of digital projects and strategies. Monitor web presence to ensure that all the content meets design, style, and layout standards. Contribute to a variety of digital projects and initiatives to advance the strategic directions of the organization. Support other communications projects, initiatives, and strategy as required. Stay current with industry best practices and look for new ways to grow and enhance our web presence.

Completion of a post-secondary program (diploma or certificate) in communications, web design, management information systems, digital marketing, business, or related field. A minimum of two (2) years experience working on digital.
Additional Required Qualifications :
Effective communicator with client-focused orientation and commitment to providing quality service. Proven ability to interface with diverse technical and non-technical groups. Experience with content management systems. Knowledge of OpenText, Drupal, and SharePoint experience is a definite asset. Experience managing multiple tasks and competing priorities. Proven attention to detail and accuracy. Strong initiative, self-motivation. Ability to work independently with a minimum of guidance. Ability to thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment. Some familiarity with website analytics (e.g. Google Analytics). Basic knowledge of search engine optimization an asset. A constant desire to learn more about the latest digital trends.
