We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to take the lead with our growth marketing strategies, brand influence and social media footprint. Your main duties include running experiments across the funnel, improving conversion rate and working cross-department to collaborate on new initiatives.
As a Digital marketing manager, your job is to find the channels and strategies to increase discoverability, leads and, in turn, revenue. Your job is to put Chit Chats on the map with increased brand awareness and targeted marketing initiatives.
Help define and refine our brand and digital marketing strategy at Chit Chats.
Define our key clients and target audience for the sales team.
Work with a cross-functional team Business Development, Operations, Sales and Client Experience to establish growth strategies that support Chit Chats revenue goals.
Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns.
Conceive and execute a wide range of content campaigns to drive education and engagement.
Manage all social media platforms (including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) and drive content creation.
Optimize our SEO and SEM.
Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies, increase engagement and brand recognition.
Prepare and present recommendations, reports and findings from market and client studies to leadership.
Maintain project roadmaps and program strategy documentation, including objectives, KPIs, targets, and project briefs.
Brief various internal teams and stakeholders on upcoming campaigns, required assets and data requirements.
Support website development and work with the content team to create compelling copy for our target audience with clear and effective value propositions, proof points and CTAs.
Develop performance-based incentives and solutions to enhance the strategic value exchange for Chit Chats and its affiliates, executing experiments that drive engagement and growth.
5 - 7 years of solid experience in a similar role.
Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high-impact activities and keep complex projects moving forward.
Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns.
Outstanding written, oral, organizational ability and partnership acumen.
Bilingual Fluency in English and French is preferred.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Google Analytics, Photoshop, Mailchimp and Hootsuite (or, other Social Media Management Systems).
Proficient with Analytics.
3+ years experience in SEO, growth marketing.
A strong analytics and growth mindset.
Experience working with growth teams like paid channels, lifecycle marketing, developers, engineers, designers and data scientists.
Experience driving full-funnel growth for a partnership audience.
Experience developing performance reports using analytics tools.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams and champion new concepts and ideas.
