The Digital Marketing Lead's role is to develop, execute and report on online campaigns that support a sustained pipeline of quality leads and build awareness among target audiences.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage and optimize digital campaigns to support awareness and lead generation across multiple platforms, including display, email, social, PPC and others.
  • Apply audience insights, trends and other relevant data to build and support an effective online presence.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, including impressions, clicks, leads, conversions, email performance and other relevant metrics.
  • Monitor and report on campaign budgets.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to plan and manage a campaign calendar.
  • Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
  • Online review management.
  • Oversee execution of customer feedback tools.
  • Support online inventory management.
  • Support third-party booking site management.
  • Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in digital marketing or related field.
  • Three-to-five years of experience in digital marketing - experience in the automotive industry is considered an asset.
  • Demonstrated success with digital campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply data to support decision-making.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Strong knowledge of social media and other basic marketing platforms.
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience working within a budget.
  • Valid Driver's License and Driver's Abstract acceptable to TDF Group's Driver and Vehicle Safety Program for the ability to drive company vehicle
  • Pre-hire Criminal Security Clearance and Credit Check are required
