We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator with some graphic design knowledge to join the Givex Marketing Team. This role will be involved in all aspects of the department. Media, social media, website content, BLOGS, tradeshows and the development of marketing material and working with team on PR initiatives


  • Direct the preparation and design for marketing content for various marketing materials
  • Project manage the production of multiple fast-paced quality designs in a deadline driven environment
  • Provide creative brainstorming ideas for projects
  • Maintain a digital asset database as related to the department
  • Plan, write and post to social media
  • Work with team members to understand project scope and objectives
  • Conceptualize designs in collaboration with marketing team
  • Proactively communicate issues, opportunities, and insights to the team
  • Complete ad-hoc requests as required

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Ideal candidate is new graduate to 2 years experience
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to develop storyboard concepts
  • Excellent time management, multi-tasking and follow-through skills
  • Efficient project management skills with the ability to adhere to critical project timelines
  • Approachable with a collaborative/team-player attitude
  • Adaptability to situations, personalities and ever-changing demands
  • Highly motivated and organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks and apply judgment to prioritize
  • Understanding and experience with industry standard design software and tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator). If you lack these skills, training will be provided
  • Ambitious, proactive and resourceful with a calm and flexible approach to handling pressure and stress
  • Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
  • Experience and understanding of social media channels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to learn; receive, process and act on feedback
