Position Summary

We are looking for a Sales Support Business Coordinator based at our North York location reporting into the Senior Sales Operations Lead. This position is ideal for a high-energy, self-motivated, creative professional who is looking for an opportunity to further develop a dynamic sales career.

A day in the life of...

As a Sales Support Business Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the director and field team members as well as handling non-routine information and carrying out activities following general guidelines with limited direction.

You will also:

  • Coordinate administrative tasks and projects such as, calendaring, tracking budgets, invoice coding, managing travel expenses, generating reports and identifying variances, updating databases, manage SharePoint etc.
  • Complete customer forms related to new item forms and listing packages
  • Prepare charts, tables, graphs and other presentation materials to support functional work in addition to proofreading functionally specific materials for accuracy
  • Proactively identify and implement processes to improve workflow, organization and communication
  • Handle non-routine information and carry out activities following general guidelines with limited direction
  • Exercises independent thinking and discretion

What will make you successful

As the successful candidate, you will have strong communication and interpersonal skills. You are passionate, driven, results focused and able to develop and nurture key relationships and plan and prioritize effectively. You will need to have excellent time management skills and be able to adapt quickly to business and market changes.

You will also:

  • Minimum 2 years sales or analytical experience
  • Completed University Degree or College Diploma ideally in Business Administration
  • Have proven experience using MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and a good understanding of network applications related to Sales Information.
