To support that challenge, the Marketing Operations team is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager that will provide leadership for the Digital Marketing Team to execute on all digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, digital media and website tactics.
This position is a fixed-term contract position with a Flexible Work Location approach; this role can be based in Guelph, ON, Calgary, AB or remotely across Canada.
What will you do:
Develop and evolve the overall digital marketing strategy for Syngenta Canada.
Manage the Digital Marketing Team accountabilities, including:
Implement the overall social media strategy and manage the day-to-day social media relationship / engagement including posting, listening, responding and measurement
Execution of all email campaigns.
Development and maintenance of Syngenta.ca and Greencast.ca strategy and site infrastructure
Measurement of all digital tactics
Budget management for digital campaigns
Take a leadership role in campaign planning as it relates to digital marketing, and the execution of the the annual digital marketing plan including the allocation of resources and project briefs.
Using, email, social media, chat bot and website as the main tools of customer interaction manage the overall experience provided to customers, channel partners, influencers and employees
Provide leadership to the digital marketing team, supporting in goal setting, development planning, providing feedback and coaching and recognition to the team as appropriate
Lead the process and is accountable for the collection of privacy consent (CASL) and ensures data integrity
Design and refine processes/workflows to efficiently and effectively deliver with quality assurance on all interactions
Leverage data and tools from Salesforce to execute targeted customer campaigns and ensure timely capture of interactions
Stay on top of new industry best in class practices and collaborate with Commercial Technologies to develop and execute technologies roadmap for Marketing Automation
Establish good working relationships with a internal stakeholders in marketing and the commercial team as well as outside vendors and contractors
You are someone with:
Minimum Bachelors degree in Business,Communications, or related program
Minimum 3 years of experience leading a team
Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience including experience in the following areas: Marketing Automation,Digital Marketing tools, Social Media, Salesforce
Strong knowledge of customer relationship marketing, marketing principles and digital marketing
