We are looking for a Field Sales Representative(FSR) to join our team in Calgary!

The right candidate brings a high level of energy and creativity mixed with a passion for building strong relationships with our customers. As an FSR, you will be responsible for:

Managing a portfolio of accounts, consulting and building strong relationships while growing sales and presenting solutions to meet client needs.

  • Achieving sales targets through new product introduction and promotions
  • Prepare and present customized solutions to meet the needs of each client situation
  • Follow-up with established clients to ensure expectations are met/exceeded
  • Work closely with internal team members to ensure an outstanding customer service experience

  • Keep updates on client inventory and replenishing when necessary
  • Evaluate client needs and managing orders accordingly
  • Requirements:

    Qualifications

    Minimum one year successful sales experience in an Account Management or Field Service Representative role

    • University/College degree or combination of work experience and education accepted

    Competencies

    Dynamic, motivated professional with solid initiative and a passion for developing client relationships

    • Strong communication, organizational, analytical and time management skills.
    • Polished professional with a consultative business approach
    • Positive, proactive and goal oriented individual who enjoys working with people both inperson and over the phone
    • Creative problem solver who loves winning and believes in continual learning as a way to stay at the top of their game.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
    • Exceptional organization and customer service skills including sound methods for follow ups
    • Computer skills (familiar with Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Valid driver's license and clean drivers abstract
