Brandt is currently seeking a Dealer Communication Coordinator in the Regina head office. This position will report to the Director of Dealer Development and will be responsible for coordinating all dealer channel communication from a central location including bulletins and programs for sales, service, parts, warranty and marketing and will manage the recipients of this information. This position will also be responsible for the Thanks a Billion customer rebate program, will help with dealer issues and questions related to these programs and be the liaison between dealer and internal Brandt departments.

Duties & Responsibilities

Dealer Channel Communication:

  • Coordinate scheduled communication from various Brandt departments for all Brandt dealers and their staff.
  • Produce, edit, publish, and maintain those communications.
  • Maintain consistent quality of communications and follow branding guidelines.
  • Prepare uploads of all communications for portal access including permissions and taxonomy.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent and trackable process for uploading documents to dealer portals.
  • Manage and maintain Dealer contact database and distribution lists to confirm recipient delivery.
  • Identify creative and effective ways to leverage technology and enhance culture through multi-channel communications.
  • Manage rebate program query submissions for changes, contacts for distribution for email marketing
  • Respond to sales program queries and communicate with dealers to confirm understanding.
  • Prepare lists for email marketing purposes and coordinate with Marketing for delivery.
  • Analyze and provide timely reporting to stakeholders on deliverables and metrics required by Dealer Development Manager.

Dealer and Customer TAB Rebate Program Fulfillment:

  • Prepare orders and manage customer and dealer salesperson Visa cards
  • Manage Visa portal communication, funding of cards and escrow accounts with Visa Provider

Dealer Sign-up and Termination:

  • Prepare, coordinate, and facilitate Dealer signup documents and accounts with Sales and Credit.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and facilitate Dealer termination documents with Sales and Legal.
  • Maintain Dealer lists with new and terminated dealers and advise various departments with this information.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated communication, organization, collaboration and project management skills are required.
  • Superior written and oral communication skills with the ability to take complex details and simplify them down to what is important for dealer sales and customers.
  • Experience with an agriculture and/or construction dealer channel is ideal.
  • Experience in customer support services preferred.
  • Post-secondary education in business administration, communication or marketing preferred but not required.
  • Secondary language abilities (French, German, Russian and Spanish) are an asset.
  • Can communicate effectively and has strong interpersonal skills.
  • Is flexible in supporting and is responsive to the needs of Dealers and their personnel.
  • Capacity to work effectively within deadlines, short time frames and adapt to change
  • Able to develop and nurture relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to work collaboratively with sales, marketing and product planning teams and other corporate staff.
  • Able to be self-directed and organize work, set priorities and achieve work related objectives and goals.
