Position Title: Senior Marketing Manager

Department : Corporate Marketing

Reports To: President, Products & Food Technology

Job Summary:

Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for promoting and facilitating the successful implementation of the ATS Business Model within the global commercial organizations, to drive improvement in our commercial processes and execution in support of profitable growth for ATS. This role will also own lead-generation processes; while developing and implementing a corporate-level marketing strategy for ATS.


Lead and direct the corporate marketing team in support of large global initiatives, as well as key internal and external events to support the office of the CEO. This includes: Annual Leadership Conference, Virtual Tradeshow Expo, Annual General Meeting, etc.

  • Define, develop, and improve key marketing metrics to drive incremental business and support marketing-generated funnel throughout the ATS Automation business using currently available tools, while identifying and selecting new tools to drive business results.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive global marketing strategy leveraging internal and external resources to improve lead generation and funnel for the global business. This should include website development, social media, digital marketing, SEO, etc. to drive impactful and measurable improvements to quality leads for ATS.
  • Develop and deploy the critical growth tools for the ABM to include: Transformative Marketing; and Demand Generation - that can be used by corporate and the business units, as appropriate.
  • Identify and leverage existing and new IT platforms to maximize efficiency, productivity, and financial benefits to the organization including: Salesforce, Pardot, Oracle CDM, and Social Media Platforms.
  • Drive continuously improving results by leveraging ATS Business Model (ABM) tools, consulting skills, and change management process.
  • Assist in establishing and achieving the Goal Deployment and Strategic Plan objectives related to ATS Automation, with a focus on the commercial execution.



  • 6-12 years of Commercial experience, including marketing management in a corporate setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify metrics related to front-end business processes, with improved results through effective process change and change management in an organization.
  • Demonstrated improvement to lead generation using multiple avenues including: digital/web site; social media; and other avenues.
  • Direct experience in the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives to drive organic growth for a business.
  • Superior communications skills including being able to communicate to all levels of the organization including those where English is not their primary language
  • Superior training skills and adult learning theory coupled with superior consulting/influencing skills
  • Experienced using a variety of ABM (lean) tools (or six sigma or equivalent continuous improvement tools); particularly problem solving and Transactional Process Improvements.
  • Good writing and administrative skills, including computer skills (word processing, graphics, spreadsheet, etc.)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in time and project management
