We have an exciting 12 month fixed-term opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Corporate People & Culture department. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for partnering with Corporate P&C Managers and Hiring Managers to actively manage full-cycle recruitment for designated job requisitions and client groups across our corporate offices. They will serve as a partner and subject matter expert in talent acquisition by leveraging various channels to reach and attract diverse and talented candidates.

The role will be a Hybrid working model, which will require 2-3 days per week in the Four Seasons Corporate Office located at 1165 Leslie Street, Toronto, Ontario #LI-Hybrid.

Key Activities

Full-cycle recruitment

  • Post job requisitions utilizing the internal ATS, social media, external job boards and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen, interview, assess candidates and coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers.
  • Manage the employment offer process in partnership with P&C and Hiring Managers.
  • Assist with the on-boarding of the new hire to ensure a smooth and exceptional experience.
  • Monitor the hiring process to ensure conformity to recruitment policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Champion the Four Seasons culture and act as a brand ambassador.

Sourcing and Pipeline Management

  • Partner with P&C and Hiring Managers to understand current and future hiring needs to actively identify sources for recruitment and rosters of possible candidates for future hires.
  • Build and manage talent pipeline for priority entry and mid-level roles.

General Administration

  • Manage, maintain, and update the ATS and recruitment reports.
  • Track and report on relevant recruiting metrics.
  • Oversee, and conduct administrative tasks related to recruitment.
  • Ensures maintenance of accurate and appropriate job postings content.
  • Collaborate with the Director, P&C to track budget items for recruitment.
  • Support other duties, projects, and initiatives across the P&C team, as required.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree; in Business, Hospitality, or HR preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using Workday - Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is an asset.
