Customer Care

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the health, comfort and safety of our residents
  • Ensure rental goals and showing objectives are met
  • Greet, inform clients and conduct visits of rental apartments
  • Build partnerships with Residents, family members, employee care partners, volunteers, external care partners and the community at large to ensure the vibrancy of our community
  • Complete all required administration for the position on a tablet
  • Conduct required performance reviews, conduct regular meetings with staff as required.
  • Reward, encourage, and motivate staff. Manage disciplinary action as required.
  • Schedule work shifts; approve overtime. Review and verify staff hours worked for payroll.
  • Analyze market conditions and make recommendations accordingly
  • Ensure appropriate, ongoing building administration. Maintain weekly spreadsheets. Regulate specific and overall site costs. Review building operation checklists and update building statistics on an ongoing basis
  • Respond in a timely fashion to tenant concerns, questions and inquiries
  • Maintain strong relationship and ensure compliance with public health and licensing bodies
  • Ensure health & safety is an integral part of our daily operations
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by Regional Director

Experience and Educational Requirements:

  • Five (5) years of experience in sales and customer service
  • Five (5) years of experience in supportive living management preferred

Technical Requirements:

  • Advanced computer skills; Word, Excel and other Office 355 functions
  • Ability to learn and adapt to rapidly changing systems and new technology
  • Familiarity with computer tablets is an asset

  • Proven analytical skills
  • Availability to work various shifts (evening and weekends)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain utmost confidentiality at all times

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize (excellent time-management skills)
