About the Position

Under the direction of the Manager, FSEAP provides a wide range of administrative support to the Manager and other staff in order to support effective and efficient operations for FSEAP, in particular providing administrative support to billing/financial processes. This position involves diplomatic interaction with FSEAP affiliates to gather and provide information and support in order to facilitate payment of invoices received. This position provides regular daily backup for Reception.

About You

You have completed a post-secondary diploma, you have excellent oral and written communication skills in English, working knowledge of French (verbal).

In addition, you will have:

  • A minimum of two (2) years in an office environment providing administrative support and front line customer service
