Your Opportunity:

As a digital marketing specialist, you will have a focus on coordinating the creative design, development, and implementation of digital recruitment strategies. Outside-the-box thinking may be necessary to fill some of our hard-to-fill positions, and we need your creativity! With a thorough understanding of the digital advertising landscape, you understand how best to reach target demographics for a given position or campaign, along with the value propositions offered by AHS and Alberta, and how to best highlight those propositions. We need someone who can develop specific and targeted recruitment campaigns including tailored messaging, strategies on provincial and national advertising, decisions on appropriate social media recruiting platforms, post-secondary outreach (including student presentations, career fairs, postings, and student placements), a robust Careers webpage, direct headhunting, etc. To that end, you should have experience with various major advertising platforms and job boards (Google AdWords, YouTube pre-roll, Facebook Advertising, Twitter, Instagram, etc.), including placing ads, budget management and ROI/stat analysis. You will work with graphic designers, videographers and hiring managers to shape the best possible assets for use in digital marketing campaigns. You will also be working with a range of advertising partners (Canadian Nursing Assoc., CHPR, CARNA, etc.). You will form part of the Marketing and Media team. We operate within a relatively flat structure, work collaboratively with clients and colleagues, and have a ?perfect is the enemy of the good? philosophy, with a wide range of diverse interests and skills on our team. Note: This position is currently working remotely, with an option for hybrid remote/office work. Include a link with your application to samples of your best work. We look forward to seeing what you can do!
