DRIVING FORCE is looking for a qualified Sales Manager to oversee the sales department at our Langley location. We are looking for a leader who is passionate about delivering the highest levels of service and developing long-lasting relationships with our customers. Duties will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Sourcing and pricing inventory, including trades
  • Overseeing vehicle reconditioning
  • Marketing our vehicles; maintenance of lot, coordinating sales events, advertising
  • Management of sales documentation
  • Prospecting and developing customer relationships
  • Inspiring the sales teams to share our commitment to exceeding our customer's expectations
  • Providing leadership and training to sales staff to lead to new levels of sales and profits
  • Identifying current market trends
  • Inventory control such as aging and product mix
  • Preparing annual budgets and monitoring costs
  • Maintaining the minimum standard of DRIVING FORCE certified Used Vehicles
Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership experience in sales;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and high attention to detail;
  • Understanding of a dealership operations;
  • Solid problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance;
  • Experience with budgets and implementing daily/monthly/yearly targets
