Reporting to the Sales Director, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for   

  • Ensuring orders are processed efficiently  
  • Answering customer queries in a timely manner
  • Helping the Sales and Marketing team to identify Customer Needs and provide excellent Customer Service.


  • Bilingual
  • Effective communicationability in English and in French
  • Driven by providing positive customer experiencewith natural ability to connect with customers
  • Experience in Sales or Customer services would be an asset
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and work ethics
  • High school diplomaor post-secondary degree
  • People-oriented, team player, and passionate about the job with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Location:   flexible

Salary: Based on experience
