The sales representative in concrete will be a reference person in order to actively seek and engage existing and potential customers in the field with adapted solutions in order to increase revenue growth, client acquisition levels and profitability.


  • Present, promote and sell products/services for existing and potential customers
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Accelerate resolution of customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Meet sales targets and agreed results on time
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members
  • Analyze territory / market potential, monitor sales and status reports
  • Be aware of best practices and trends in the field


  • Relevant degree and 10 years experience as a construction sales representative with concrete knowledge an asset.
  • Bilingual (spoken/written) French and English
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent sales, communication and negotiation skills
