We are currently seeking a professional to fill the position of Digital Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for administering the marketing automation platform and fully leveraging its capabilities to drive business objectives. Working closely with content creators, designers, developers, and the extended marketing team this role will implement all programmatic and operational initiatives through the marketing automation platform.

  • Responsible for the Pardot instance, manage the backlog and development sprints to support enhancements, system upgrades and integrations
  • Maintain Marketing Automation integration with CRM and assist in the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation software
  • Create, test and deploy single and multi-step e-mail campaigns, landing pages, events and webinars for different distribution channels and segments, utilizing dynamic content
  • Work closely with business leads and marketing team to manage workload and complete campaign work in a timely and error-free manner
  • Perform audience segmentation and list processing for campaign deployment
  • Develop and maintain responsive e-mail templates, troubleshoot issues, and stay abreast of all technology advances
  • Perform platform-based coding action and tech support
  • Work with the Marketing and Communication Team to define KPIs, create reports and analyze campaign performance
  • Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards
  • Support essential marketing operations initiatives in Salesforce such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing
  • Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to the marketing team
  • Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI and sales growth
  • Responsible for integration of Pardot with Web site to drive business objectives, lead generation, scoring and nurturing
  • Responsible for the integration of social media platforms with Pardot
  • Develop standardized processes and programs that allow marketing team members to self-serve in the creation of complex, multi-stage automated marketing programs
  • Act as an ambassador for Pardot internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the platform
  • Position Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above preferably in Computer Science, E-commerce, Marketing, Digital Media or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing Platforms, e.g. Salesforce Pardot (Preferred), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Responsys, Oracle Eloqua, Adobe Campaign, Marketo, etc.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Salesforce Pardot. Pardot Certified / Salesforce Admin will be preferred
  • Understanding of general CRM practice, preferably client-facing experience
  • In-depth understanding between the relationship of leads, contacts, accounts, campaigns, activities and opportunity objects
  • Experience working on an agile team using sprints, backlog, and retrospective
  • Attention to details and excellent decision-making skills
  • Advanced Excel capability, to include Pivot tables and Scripting
  • Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail
  • Preferred experience in digital marketing strategies, best practices, and deliverability
  • In Salesforce, write queries to extract data needed for client requests, create queries to validate campaign audiences, and construct queries joining multiple tables
  • Experience with SQL
  • Preferred Frontend IT skills - be able to use/understand HTML/CSS/Javascript in emails/landing pages.
  • Preferred Backend IT skills - be able to understand platform backstage logic
  • Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies.
