HR Operations Senior Analyst

Job Description Summary

The HR Operations Senior Analyst will be the first point of escalation for HRIS issues coming out of the local operations team. The Senior Analyst will also assist in finding and working on opportunities for process improvements and partnering with the global data team in mapping process and related documentation. In addition, this role will have responsibility for supporting the HRIS maintenance cycle, testing across multiple platforms and assisting with the implementation of new functionality and/or systems. The role will also provide reporting to different audiences as needed. Attention to detail and analytical thinking is critical in this role.

Job Description


Serve as a Workday SME, the main point of contact, and partner to identify gaps and build Support Center and Operations' capability and know-how of Workday and other People platforms

Provide daily support for Local HR users, including issue resolution and communication

Research and troubleshoot systems problems, proactively and reactively

Actively participates in the ongoing optimization of HR Operations processes to improve accuracy, efficiency and effectiveness including process mapping and documentation

Responsible for supporting local teams in maintenance, updates and testing of changes to Workday and other HR systems as required

Works with HR Business Partners across the globe to support new hire, status change, separation processes and/or system needs

Answers HR Operational questions/tickets from local Operations teams, bringing them to resolution and closure and keeping them updated with the necessary communication and documentation

Partners with the Global Process and Data team to regular audits of all data processed to ensure accuracy of data, proactively capturing errors

Runs/creates business reports as requested

Works with other teams, such as payroll and finance, to ensure integration and data correlation

Assists in special projects as needed
