Job TitleSenior Marketing SpecialistJob Description SummaryThe Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for partnering with service line marketing directors on the development and execution of marketing strategies for the Americas. Daily responsibilities include executing marketing tasks and projects in collaboration with other departments of the global marketing and research organization, including but not limited to developing and distributing thought leadership content, developing sales materials, collaborating on content delivery for digital channels, and tailoring messaging to distinct audiences.As part of the Americas Strategic Marketing team, the Senior Marketing Specialist will collaborate with regional and corporate marketing teams to support special projects as requested by fee-earners and broader service delivery teams.Job DescriptionResponsibilities: Marketing Specialist is responsible for working on the strategy and execution of critical marketing initiatives for Americas service lines and product typesResponsibilities may include managing proactive marketing initiatives and creative strategy as well as creating and developing materials as needed.Collaborate with our Global Marketing & Research organization to develop a robust marketing strategy that connects with our clients and prospects, drives revenue and increases brand awarenessPartner with business leadership to understand business objectives and align marketing plan to these initiativesPartner with other service line marcom professionals to share best practices, key insights, and competitive intelligence, and coordinate on overall talent managementServe as a thought leader by developing and maintaining a strong understanding of the business, including key trends, client needs & wants, competitive analysis, future threats and opportunities, etc.Optimize impact of marketing spend, ensure overall achievement of financial and other targets using a robust set of key performance indicatorsProvide oversight and direction, ensure global standards are applied, and brand positioning is supported for all marcom activitiesQualifications:Bachelor's Degree required; Marketing & Communications preferred3-5 years of marketing and/or communications experience preferredExceptional project management and organizational skillsAbility to interface and communicate with internal clientsExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skillsHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteProficiency with Adobe InDesignMarketing and communications experience within Commercial Real Estate industry would be ideal, interest is a mustAbility to independently achieve successful outcomes on all executed activities with minimal supervisionCushman & Wakefield provides equal employment opportunity.
