We work closely with organizations to help control their health care costs while keeping employees healthy and productive.

The Client Service Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients within our organization while providing administrative support to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner. The successful candidate will be reliable, have excellent time management and multitasking skills, show initiative, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, consistently pay attention to detail, and display sound work ethics. Exceptional organizational skills are required, as well as the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain relationships with client organizations and multiple insurance companies
  • Provide administrative support to sales team and exceptional customer service to clients
  • Act as a liaison between client and insurance companies to resolve all service issues
  • Independently manage the enrolment and benefit plan set up for new clients
  • Create and maintain up-to-date client profiles, while maintaining security and confidentiality of client information
  • Provide benefit plan administration training for new and existing clients
  • Conduct employee meetings for client organizations
  • Participate in continuing education, seminars, and Employee Benefit courses/designations
  • Submit 'Request to Quote Specifications' to Insurers and gather, analyze, and compare quotes from Insurers
  • Develop quote and renewal presentations for clients
  • Receive, direct and relay telephone calls, messages, and fax messages to the appropriate staff member
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings
  • Establish and maintain a professional corporate social media presence
  • Data entry and minute taking
  • Become proficient in knowledge of group insurance underwriting, the marketplace and insurer products and services

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of administrative/customer service experience
  • Ability to prioritize & organize in a busy work environment
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft Office products and Adobe
  • Ability to type 60 wpm
  • Great attention to detail
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Knowledge of the Group Insurance Industry an asset
