Job Purpose and Impact

The Grain Sales Representative will help increase our sales and revenue from new and existing market segments and channels. We seek a professional who will help shape business expansion strategies, providing input for our annual business development plans to reach objectives and revenue. Key Accountabilities

Develop and implement promotional activities to expand brand awareness.

Identify market segments to present company information.

Coordinate the salesforce and displays to successfully grow a brand.

Recognize and pursue new market segments and opportunities for business development.

Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Other duties as assigned Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Minimum of two years of related work experience

Possess a valid Canadian Driver's Licence in good standing

Must be legally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of grain and crop input operations and products

CCA certification or ability to get one

Experience using customer relationship management software
