Digital Marketing Manager

Lead the strategic development and execution of digital grower and dealer customer facing initiatives with the goal of increasing awareness and engagement and by supporting Crop Science's overall business objectives. This role will define and manage the digital marketing strategy delivering a digital experience that's consistent, engaging and sustainable for both internal and external audiences.

What you will do:

Reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager, the Digital Marketing Manager will help coach and mentor other employees within the Marketing Communications team as it relates to our digital objectives and competencies

Lead communications plan, budget and strategy for digital marketing activities in Crop Science Canada

Understand and work with advanced technologies to increase digital transformation within Canada, as well as provide change management across multiple functional teams to ensure our organization is set up for success

Establish KPI's and implement goals for our digital and digital marketing efforts

Implement current analytics tools to analyze metrics for site traffic to better optimize campaign, email marketing, social media, search and display advertising optimizing our ability to deliver relevant content to the right customers at the right time

Be a digital advocate and champion digital solutions across Canada, while aligning with North America and global colleagues, in-order to access and find solutions that are applicable to Canada

Strong knowledge of CRM and customer segmentation strategy, in-order to fully leverage the digital ecosystem

Spearhead, with our agency partners, the design of a highly scalable digital framework for managing customer experience with the goal of increasing, earning and retaining customer loyalty

Lead cross-organizational and functional collaboration among internal and external stakeholders (i.e. creative and development agencies and IT) to support digital program and project development

Who you are:

University degree

10+ years' experience in digital and/or marketing with preference given to experience in the agriculture industry

Proven ability to communicate vision and value in-order to persuade and influence across the organization at all levels including senior executives

A strategic thinker with a proven track record in identifying customer-facing web and mobile opportunities that delivers substantial value

A collaborative leader who is naturally accountable and takes personal ownership of all they do

An expert in digital with the ability to translate to organizational strategy and business objectives

Analytical skills; understands marketing, communications and digital research/metrics

Willing to experiment and continuously seeking improvement
