Right now, we're looking for a Sales Manager to join our growing team, and we hope that search ends with you.

Objectives:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for building and overseeing the Makerkids Sales teams' operations and strategies. The ideal candidate will know how to develop and execute strategies to drive business with new and existing clients. You'll have the autonomy to make improvements as you see fit, and your input will always be valued.

Your primary goal in this position is to increase our revenue and drive sales of our programs and offerings. To start, your main focus will be to drive sales and increase revenue for our online programs. mostly focusing on our online programs for the time being.

You will be responsible for lead generation and building a pipeline of top quality prospects. As a manager, the candidate will be responsible for overseeing personnel in our inside sales team. Moreover, the candidate will act as a strategic partner with an eye towards long-term sales strategy.

Responsibilities

Contact leads and meet KPIs and sales targets

Develop and implement sales strategies

Build and refine our scripts and processes

Oversee the management, learning, and career development of the sales team

Directly coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability

Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives

Prepare operational and financial sales department reports

Qualifications

Experienced in starting and leading a sales team

5+ years of professional sales experience, ideally B2C

3+ years in sales management within a corporate setting

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong leadership
