Reporting to the Marketing, Communications Manager, the Marketing Regional Advisor is responsible for planning and executing creative and innovative regional and segment-specific integrated marketing plans including direct marketing, digital strategies, trade shows, conferences, seminars, and more to grow Alvéole’s brand awareness and market share in key segments and regions across Canada and/or the United States (2 positions to be filled).


This is a full-time, permanent position, in accordance with the policies that are in effect at Alvéole.

**Remote work available, open to candidates from Montreal, USA and the rest of Canada.

Start Date: October 29th 2021 at the latest, can start earlier if available



  • Work with MarCom Global Team to create/implement a marketing plan in line with regional sales teams and corporate marketing performance targets and objectives

  • Own, drive, and manage field marketing activities (events, trade shows, sponsorships, grassroots marketing campaigns, etc.)

  • Develop strong relationships with key internal stakeholders in the region and advise on strategies and tactics 

  • Negotiate and manage strategic local sponsorships and alliances

  • Manages account-based marketing efforts in collaboration with regional sales teams

  • Create a liaison between local sales teams and account managers and the global marketing team, and assigned relevant resources to projects

  • Identify relevant trade shows to attend and collaborate with the event coordinator in the logistics

  • Educate the field on the marketing tools available and help ensure their effective use

  • Provide feedback to the global marketing team on how the field is using marketing tools, the success of the tools, and their needs

  • Inform the MarCom Global Team of cultural and regional realities to consider in global marketing activities

  • Collaborate on key message development for cultural and regional-specific marketing and PR campaigns, which may include tactics such as sponsored content and digital storytelling.

  • Measure, understand and report on the impact of marketing activities with the help of the Marketing Data Analyst

  • Maintain awareness of changes to the regional marketplace, study economic indicators in the region and identify current and future market trends

  • All other related tasks


  • Bilingual (English and French)

  • University or College Degree in Marketing

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in marketing or related field

  • Experience working in a professional services environment or marketing agency environment is considered an asset

  • Strong presentation and reporting skills

  • Business development skills and knowledge

  • A valid driver’s license and a good driver’s record are necessary as travel will be required
