Skills and Qualifications

Include, but not limited to, the following minimum skills and qualifications:

  • 2 year post-secondary education with an emphasis in marketing or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft office suite;
  • Knowledge of Adobe creative suite an asset;
  • Demonstrated strong organizational, interpersonal skills and communications skills for internal and external customers, and contacts;
  • Possess strong and proven customer service skills (verbal and written);
  • Adept at managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast paced, team-oriented environment;
  • Demonstrated interest in inter-sectional approaches and cultural competency building;
  • Ability to communicate in Inuktut a definite asset;
  • Ability to obtain and retain an Airport Restricted Area Identity Card in accordance with the Airport Restricted Area Access Clearance Program regulated by Transport Canada.
  • Duties and Responsibilities

Interested candidates should be able to perform the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Execution of advertising campaigns (delivered through various forms);
  • Analysis of marketing campaigns, website statistics, and other programs, as required;
  • Assist in coordinating agency collateral;
  • Assist in coordinating the application of brand to digital and physical collateral and products;
  • Assist with sourcing and procurement of promotional items;
  • Assist in the coordination of social media platforms;
  • Assist in the coordination and creation of communications content;
  • Support coordination and procedures of customer and client feedback and complaints management;
  • Support coordination of Inuktut and French translations and content development;
  • Engagement at community events and/or trade shows, as required;
  • Collaboration with the Marketing and Communications team to develop new approaches and strategies;
  • Regular reporting regarding the performance of the company's marketing function;
  • Some data entry required;
  • Other duties as assigned.
