As a CRM advisor, you gather the information required to analyze the client's business context, needs or processes as a project contributor or as a leader of certain initiatives. You help identify various possible solutions for resolving issues or improving the tool's experience.
You become a member of the Desjardins Group's Client Relationship Management team, which plays a role in the best practices established for using the Focus application. You lead weekly forums with various stakeholders, and produce interactive material for application support and job aid communications. You conduct virtual demonstrations, draft news on SharePoint and give presentations to contributors and partners. You work closely with IT for development, quality testing in the application and the resolution of anomalies.
You propose recommendations, solutions and action plans in line with the organization's orientations and objectives. You share ideas and help solve problems using your analytical skills and extensive knowledge of the line of business. You interact with stakeholders working in other fields. Highly developed interpersonal skills are therefore essential.
