About the job

The right candidate is creative, customer-centric and tech-savvy, with experience managing both inbound and outbound customer communications, including correspondence email, social media, etc. In addition to managing direct correspondence with individual members to resolve issues, the successful candidate will also manage the member communications strategy across all channels.

Responsibilities include...

Managing member inquiries though the general mailbox and other channels

Liaise with tech team to resolve member issues

Manage core day-to-day social media content management and operations

Responsible for content planning, development of visual assets and copywriting, execution and creative optimization process end-to-end, to attract engage and grow audience

Maintain consistent visual tone and voice across all social channels

Assist to develop and own the execution of the monthly content calendar(s)

Create and execute regular email communications for members, including regular newsletters, special promotions and contests

Requirements

Have a university degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar field

Experience managing email marketing campaigns

Social media expertise and experience managing professional accounts across social platforms

Excellent written communication skills

Proficient managing email campaigns with Mailchimp

Are entrepreneurial and a self starter

Are excited about building something new from the ground level and are not afraid of pivoting.

Are looking for a small, start-up, scrappy working environment
