About the Sales Support & Order Management Representative role:
Liaise with Account Managers and Account Executives on contract processing to provide admin support through Salesforce, DocuSign, and Demand tools
Lead Quote to Cash process
Filing of sales contracts and agreements, along with monthly audit
Provide Salesforce administrative support e.g. generating reports as requested, ongoing data validation, and clean-up
Complete Restricted Party Screening requests
Process incoming Purchase Orders (PO) and Service Agreements, validate the information, send order acknowledgments, and ensure orders are processed and close orders once completed
Work with Sales, Professional Service, Support, and Finance teams to collaboratively establish, refine, maintain and improve order management processes
Generate software licenses using our in-house license management system
Ensure order integrity by matching orders to the proper sales opportunity in Salesforce CRM
Help with additional Sales projects as needed.
Are you qualified:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 3+ years' experience in software order management or a sales support role in the software industry
Experience in working with Salesforce CRM and Oracle ERP preferred
A strong understanding of the enterprise-level SaaS sales cycle
Strong and innate customer service orientation
Adhere to process and enforce all established rules
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Decision-making skills, and the ability to show sound judgment in decision making.
A high degree of independence and self-initiative.
Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with coworkers in a wide variety of departments such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services and Finance.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in an efficient and professional manner
Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable with change
Strong attention to detail
Willingness to challenge existing processes and methods to seek opportunities for improvement and implement them
The salary range for this role is $47,000
- $62,000 USD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
