PayByPhone is looking for a Marketing enthusiast with a 'get'er done' attitude. You are skilled at taking big picture goals and turning them into actionable and results-oriented plans. As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll work with the team and the Marketing Manager to positively engage our amazing community. Here's what you'll do:
Marketing Coordination and Administration
Support marketing efforts related to new city launches, B2B initiatives, sweepstakes, and social media.
Manage relationships with third party vendors such as printers and promotional suppliers.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to execute on projects and events.
Assist with various administrative tasks within the marketing department.
Manage and maintain our internal stock of branded merchandise.
Update website as needed through the backend Content Management System.
Social, Blog and Community Engagement
Own the overall management and planning of our social and community engagement strategy from a B2C and B2B perspective.
Develop strategies to enhance the company's overall social and community engagement strategy to generate new traffic, engagement, and leads across all of our platforms.
Create, edit and publish content on social, engaging and managing any comments from our community.
Maintain our social media calendar and editorial calendar for our PayByPhone Blog and external publications.
Work with key stakeholders and third party suppliers to develop/execute on editorial content
Engage in social listening to identify and respond to conversations where there is a natural tie in to build relationships.
Liaise with industry influencers and partners to optimize our social reach and engagement.
Design and track metrics to evaluate the ROI success of various social media platforms used and its engagement of users through analytics.
Create monthly performance reports
Event/Trade Show Support
Assist in developing and executing on pre and post event communication via digital channels like Twitter and Linkedin
Coordinate and organize logistics and shipping for trade shows, conferences, and corporate events.
Research and coordinate promotional items and packages for campaigns activations, key clients, special events, and trade shows.
Attend trade shows and conferences when required.

Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications and/or business or the equivalent. combination of education and experience.
1+ years of experience in a related role.
Experience in event planning and coordination.
Experience and understanding of both physical and online marketing tools and tactics.
Experience and understanding of digital marketing and social media management tools.
Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work with multiple team members and stakeholders and prioritize activities.
Experience using all major digital and social media channels.
Experience with paid social ads s uch as Facebook, Google Adwords, and Twitter would be a bonus but not necessary.
Success in this role looks like:
Manage the overall city launch process for small to medium clients including coordination with third party vendors, production, and execution
Manage and oversee our social and community engagement strategy as well as our influencer marketing program
Coordinate and manage our blog and editorial content
